I won't waste any time explaining or apologizing about my absence. I've always wished I could be a blogging genius but simply put, I'm not. So here I am, 3 months later, checking in.

Summer, so far has been good. More growth, knowledge + practice.

Lately....

- Although I thought I failed miserably at the #the100daychallenge, I found that I kept up with my goal of practicing everyday since. Whether it's sketching or painting, it's important that I make the time to practice.

- I finally took a local screen print workshop after a few years of just trying to figure out what the hell I was doing. I've learned so many things. A hands on approach to learning has always been the key to success for me personally so I'm excited about immersing myself in printing again.

- I've consistently used a planner for the past 1 1/2. This one makes it easy and motivates me to actually use it rather than throwing it on a shelf.

Overall, things are coming together steadily, with more love + balance. When you wake up excited about the day, I'd say you're on the right track. It's just about finding that track. Take time in searching. It's worth it.
