Oh my. Has it really been almost a year since I've blogged? It may be apparent as to why that is with the subject of my last post but let's not get into that right now.
I'm here to post links to most of the freebies I've put out over the years and to say that there will be a slight revamp in the next month. This space is in need of a botox injection. Or maybe just a good facial.

I usually steer clear when it comes to politics but this has been a doozy of an election. It's hard to not be swept away in all the excitement and anxiety.
That said, I needed something to add to my documenting and whipped up a few printables. I'm happy to share them with those who are with her as well.

Happy Election Day!
I almost feel as though my documenting comes and goes with the changing seasons. Like now, now I'm hustling to get fall done so I can focus on the upcoming winter season. I never feel like going backwards once a new season has arrived so if I don't get Sept/Oct done now, I never will.
I haven't shown much of my documenting mainly because it's not really show worthy. A lot of spreads are super basic. Photos, a little journaling. Done. As long as they're in pockets, I'm good. No fuss (embellishments) not frills (kit contents) just the basics. It's good. It keeps me moving forward.
While working on my fall spreads, I created a few things for myself that I thought I'd share with all of you.
Free things are good (most of the time) and I hope you enjoy this one. It's a straightforward 8 1/2 x 11 pdf that holds 4- 3x4 cards. Just print and cut!

The Details II mini book class is now open for enrollment. I'm really excited about exploring the details of our everyday again with all of you. We'll explore capturing our details, adding in a bit of personal art using watercolor and acrylic paint and work with journaling prompts. You'll walk away with a very personal book that will embody the details of who you are now and where you're at in your life.
I won't waste any time explaining or apologizing about my absence. I've always wished I could be a blogging genius but simply put, I'm not. So here I am, 3 months later, checking in.
Summer, so far has been good. More growth, knowledge + practice.
Lately....
- Although I thought I failed miserably at the #the100daychallenge, I found that I kept up with my goal of practicing everyday since. Whether it's sketching or painting, it's important that I make the time to practice.
- I finally took a local screen print workshop after a few years of just trying to figure out what the hell I was doing. I've learned so many things. A hands on approach to learning has always been the key to success for me personally so I'm excited about immersing myself in printing again.
- I've consistently used a planner for the past 1 1/2. This one makes it easy and motivates me to actually use it rather than throwing it on a shelf.
Overall, things are coming together steadily, with more love + balance. When you wake up excited about the day, I'd say you're on the right track. It's just about finding that track. Take time in searching. It's worth it.

Hello! Long time, no write. It's a bit of struggle these days. Let's keep it simple with a list of Currents although these photos are a few weeks old.

Drinking | water (one thing I have been keeping up with is drinking lot's and lot's of water which I can tell is making a big difference in the way I feel.)

Loving | seeing Anchorage turn green again. Spring is finally here.
Loathing | forced creativity, not to be confused with creative deadlines.
In case you missed the shop update I posted on IG, there are two new digital journal card sets in the shop right now. Early Bird and Night Owl.
I have to say I'm mostly an early bird myself but do find the night to be more freeing creatively. The day is for work, the night is for play.
