The weather has been so beautiful lately, even with the little rain we had over the holiday weekend. That never stops Alaskans from enjoying the spring/summer, especially being cooped up all winter. The glorious daylight is the best. THE BEST.

Painting in the golden hour of the evening is something that I've come to appreciate. It's a great end to the day and an even better stress reliever. Watching the swipe of color and pools of water form on my now favorite Arches watercolor pad…it's pure bliss.

Next Friday will be the debut of First Friday Freebie! Every First Friday of the month, I will offer a free download whether it's a printable, template or Photoshop brushes! Exciting, no? The very first offering will be "week end" related since some of you showed interest in the series I created for myself….a way to be more consistent on my blog. There will be a set of PS brushes that can be used with the a blogging template (shown above) and of course can be used in your everyday paper crafting.
